I have given this 5 stars because that is a fair score for the chair itself, but building it was quite frustrating. In the box there is one, one sided A4 piece of paper with instructions - for a different chair. Either they put in the wrong instructions accidentally, or they use the same generic instructions for all chairs, that is not acceptable because the instructions don't make sense for the parts given. Additionally, there were no holes in the side of the chair (pictured) to screw the arms into, I had to guess where to puncture the fabric. Thankfully some random person uploaded a YouTube video showing how they put theirs together so I managed to put it up in the end. All the functions of the chair work and it feels study. You can recline the back, and the seat itself does allow for tilt by pulling the raise/lower stick outwards, but you can't lock in your preferred tilt position, which is a shame. You can also adjust the sensitivity of the tilt with the knob on the bottom of the chair. The arm rests are ergonomic and twist / lift, and the two cushions included make an appreciable difference to the comfort of the chair.

The chair itself is quite comfy and easily assembled. Unfortunately the arms stuck out at the bottom a bit too much and knocked into my desk and the computer under it so I returned it. The customer service team were very helpful and responded to all of my questions quickly, the return postage had to be paid by me but I don't mind personally. All in all it is a good chair with decent quality parts and a range of features. The tilt and reclining functions were very good and felt very secure, the lumbar support and head cushion were quite nice but better to use one or the other. I would definitely recommend this to anybody who has quite a spacious desk layout who is thinking about one of these sorts of chairs

I’ve been using this chair for a few months now and it’s holding up really well. I find for my size the chair is really well suited so anybody on the smaller side will have no issue and most people on the larger size will find this suits them well. The weight of the chair is heavy however it doesn’t hinder being able to roll it about I use mine on carpet which can usually be rough on the wheels however it’s held strong and feels really well build. It can be a little creaky in the first week or so owning it however once it’s broken in the noise goes away and it’s practically silent. The padding is also comfortable as I’ve found for longer gaming sessions

I had this chair since January 2021. It was very comfortable and I had no problems with it. One day I sat in it as anyone would and the back rest was completely unsupported which surprised me. I opened up the zip on the back and saw the welds had broken off on the right side (which has the mechanism to move the back rest) . This indicates a poor job on the welds and this item definitely had a compromised structural integrity from the moment I bought it !!! It's a shame really. £160 for this chair. I would at least expect it to last 4/5 years but not even a year......

A part was broken on arrival, the plastic cover which is over the seat reclining mechansim/springs :( Was going to return the item but when noticing that it would need to be paid for and arranged by myself, I was unsure of how to continue, chairs ain't small! Contacted the phone number on the store page for Sonic Online and they are sending a replacement cover for me instead of having to send the whole thing back for replacement. This is fantastic as I can still build the chair and just fit the replacement part once it arrives. This was an unexpected result when calling, i thought it would have been a case of getting assistance arranging a courier or something and being another week or so without a nice new chair (old chair is garbage and I dont want to have to sit in it anymore lol)! We did buy two of them though and having got the wife's chair built (no problems at all with it) it was really easy to build solo and is SUPER comfortable compared to our old ones. These chairs are excellent and the customer service is a delight. I don't think you can find better at this price point , do not hesitate to buy if its in your budget and on your list of possibilities.

Ich habe lange nach einem passenden Gamingstuhl gesucht und bin endlich fündig geworden. Dieser Gamingstuhl kam früher als geplant und das hat mich positiv beeindruckt. Der Aufbau des Stuhls war auch in 40 min getätigt und Dank der mitgelieferten Beschreibung nicht schwierig. Desweiteren war ich positiv von den mitgelieferten Ersatzteilen überrascht. Die Qualität der Polster und anderen Bestandteile des Stuhls sind auf den ersten Blick ziemlich gut. Der einzige Nachteil liegt an dem Geruch der Polster, welche natürlich neu riechen aber ich bezweifle, dass das bei anderen Stühlen nicht auch der Fall wäre. Alles in allem war es eine gute Entscheidung diesen Stuhl zu kaufen und ich kann ihn nur weiter empfehlen.

Der Stuhl ist heute von UPS angeliefert worden, die Verpackung war erwartungsgemäß unbeschädigt, auch an der Ware selbst konnte ich absolut nichts aussetzen. Habe den Stuhl bei bescheidener Beleuchtung und mit falscher Brille zusammengebaut, was sich nicht wirklich als schwierig gestaltete. Die Passgenauigkeit der Bohrungen und der Schrauben war absolut OK. Nach nur 25 Minuten war die Sitzprobe. Ich selbst bin 1,90 m groß und bringe 110 kg auf die Waage. Unter dieser Last wackelt der Stuhl ein wenig, stört aber nicht wirklich. Die Räder laufen sehr gut auf meinem Parkett. Ich nutze den Stuhl in meinem kleinen Heimstudio und brauche am Keyboard genau diese Leichtgängigkeit der Rollen. Insgesamt finde ich, dass das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt. Wenn der Stuhl mich 5 Jahre trägt, ist er sein Geld definitiv wert.
