Chair arrived with insufficient bolts and washes to build so contacted the seller who were immediately helpful with the situation. I asked them if they had installation videos and they didn't but went above and beyond to record one for me. Time and again the seller went above and beyond to be helpful. Chair itself is also comfortable and easy to build. Reason it gets 4 starts rather than 5 is it should have come with the parts to build from the outset and the instructions are incorrect so it took some time to figure out what the correct assembly is. Overall I cannot recommend this seller enough.

The product came without part H, which connects the bottom to the base of the chair as well as the pedals. I contacted the seller and they got back to me a day later and provided the needed part. Definitely recommend!

Good quality PU leather should at least last 3 to 5 years but don't expect that on this chair. If you weight 100kgs. or more don't expect the PU leather on this chair to last a few months. If the chair broke don't expect proper warranty support from this company seller. It will only offer a 10% discount as compensation.
